Before NCS MagiSign we had to use a well known standalone app to control our SummaSign Cutter, Use the Dongle an whatever comes with it. With Magisign we use something we know well "Adobe Illustrator" it easy it is more like printing, no hasstle just go to the filters menue and select your plotter then click cut. this is all.

I have been using MagiSign very successfully with a serial cutter-plotter using Illustrator CS and OSX since version 1.4. It works perfectly This is specialist software. If you have no commercial need for it, it is expensive, but there is nothing else that does the same thing as well or for less, and in my case it was good value. NCS is not Adobe. They are charging a reasonable amount to relatively few people for software that has taken a lot of work to produce.
