Ottignies Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, March 14, 2002. New Ceres Solutions today announced the release 1.3 of NCS MagiSign, its collection of plug-in's for Adobe Illustrator and the soon availability of a similar solution for MacOS X.
The new release of NCS MagiSign enlarges the compatibility of our product to Adobe Illustrator 10. Unlike bridge software programs, NCS MagiSign allows to drive more than 300 models of vinyl sign cutting plotters directly from a palette inside Adobe Illustrator. NCS MagiSign eliminates thus the need to export and to import data from one application to another. Instead, the designer need only select the paths to reproduce and send them directly to the plotter through a setup palette.
